Professor Zhou’s Path to Health Together with Sunlife

Adhering to the principles of truth-seeking, pragmatism, and great compassion, Professor Zhou Yunzhen led a research team from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in a seven‑year clinical study on colostrum involving over 4,800 cases. Sunlife supported this research by providing colostrum samples. The resulting academic paper was presented at the New Zealand Bio‑Conference 2010 on March 22, 2010, and was also shared at the Cross‑Strait Nutrition Academic Symposium held in Chengdu in May 2010. The research findings were published in the January 2012 issue of the Chinese Journal of Social Medicine. Later, Professor Zhou Yunzhen personally delivered lectures multiple times to promote high‑quality nutrition.

In the post‑pandemic era, Professor Zhou Yunzhen has continued to demonstrate her benevolence. In 2020, during a public‑interest interview with Sunlife, she remained committed to spreading the importance of science‑based nutrition, sharing her insights on nutrition with the public and advocating for increased milk consumption and self‑care.

Ms. Mabel, Director of Sunlife Greater China, has not only collaborated with Professor Zhou Yunzhen as a representative of the brand but is also her student and friend in the nutrition industry. She was honored to be invited to participate in the celebration of Professor Zhou Yunzhen’s 100th birthday—a testament to the ongoing legacy of nutrition and health.
